We’re Sew Can We, a family-run business that loves a challenge. Even more, we love to create!

Hi, we’re Julie and Charlie, wife and husband, and sewing has been our passion for as long as we can remember. Altering, mending, making: it’s what we do and what we love. We’ve been at it for more than 30 years, so whether it’s a quick alteration or a big production run, chances are we’ve done it before and picked up a trick or two along the way.

We’re big believers in imagination and creativity. We also believe clothes deserve a second life. So many perfectly good garments get thrown away when all they really need is a little love and attention. A repair here or a clever alteration there can bring them right back, and it’s a small way of looking after the planet too.

No job is too small for us, and none is too big. If it matters to you, it matters to us. That’s how we’ve always worked, and that won’t change.
